F3B Steinfeld 2005. This way of summer here in Central Europe is really strange. Very cold and rainy. Also weather forecast for area near by Vienna (Neukirchen) was not optimistic; it was correct.

Very tricky weather we experienced this weekend. Raining hundred times, sunshine two hundred times. Anyhow we were flying speed and distance with standard timing system (was used also at F3B WC in Chrudim 2000)

Well, F3B season here just started. I'm flying first week Viking and I'm very impressed. Sure, needs a lot of tunning but for now its OK. My son was at this competition flying Double Carbon Big Sting and is also happy.

Crazy weather here. If two weeks ago there was -10C (14F) now on sun is temperature raising to +20C (68F). Not so good for skiing, but for flying F3B, excellent...

Yes, F3B I was starting to fly this March. But I have built already two Ellipses 2V. I am flying this airplain quite intensive. Here you will find step by step some hints how I built and fly this soarer. As source I used experiences of my friends, Internet and my brain.

On the knive edge - F3B (24/8/00)
30-th July we came back from Steifenfeld Cup near by Vienna. Wind was quite strong (max cca 12m/s, NW i.e. 90° to start and flying path) and generally flying conditions were hard. Steifenfeld is known with not so much space for nearly 50 pilots.
