WelshOpen2005- F3F (03/10/05)

The only complication on this long journey (3600km) was flu accompanying me already from Prague; the rest was perfect. It was very pleasant to meet so many nice people from whole world and learn a lot. I don't treat myself as experienced F3F pilot. WelshOpen was my first F3F one after two years and I enjoyed to watch different styles and different flight tactics. It was big challenge to copy pilots which in my eyes were flying the best at Bwlch. You can imagine there were many. I could only claim weather didn't allowed us to fly as much as two times more rounds on Wrecker, shame.

Happy to say, that me and Vaclav Vojtisek (VVModel) are the only persons on this world to witness both marvellous flights on slope. Stephan's 27.91 in Donovaly and Carlos's 29.45 at Bwlch. Also happy to say both record machines are original czech design and production. Stephan was flying NYX from Breta Model and Carlos flying Viking from VVmodel. Well done boys!

See you next time at Bwlch again. If interested in more pictures you can check it here (will not stay there forever!)
